Fixed
Monthly Fees
HBP offers a comprehensive list of activities from which clients
may create a customized service. A fixed monthly fee is established
based on defined needs. The service and fees are reviewed annually.
Incentive for Consulting or Management Performance
If
results exceed an agreed goal, a performance bonus may be negotiated.
Contingency Programs
Physicians
who are interested in converting to private practice are offered
an arrangement that eliminates risk. HBP provides a complete transition
package.
HBP offers
a management program based solely on improvements.
Equity Participation
While many
consulting firms offer feasibility studies, HBP is willing to participate
with clients in new models for delivering service. This
may include financial equity and a direct management role for
new ventures.
