• Traditional Fee for Service (Hourly)

  HBP rates are 20% less than national consulting firms.

• Fixed Monthly Fees

  Clients choose what services fit their needs and a fixed monthly fee is established. (Service and fees are reviewed annually.)

• Incentive for Consulting or Management Performance

  For any results that exceed an agreed goal, a performance fee may be negotiated.

• Contingency Programs

  Physicians who are interested in converting to private practice are offered an arrangement that eliminates risk.
